It can be helpful to visualize the soothing sounds in order to shift your focus away from any distractions.

When you open a sound, you will notice two buttons next to the play button: one for setting an alarm and the other for setting a timer.

The alarm feature allows you to wake up to the selected sound at your desired time.

The timer function is especially useful if you plan on using the Zen Song app to assist with falling asleep. By setting the timer, you can ensure that the sounds do not play all night and disturb your sleep.
